It will be possible to craft them without any problems, create places with a teleport and then deftly move between the marked places. How to install the mod:
First step: download and install Fabric and Fabric API.
Second step: download the mod file.
Third step: copy the Teleportal mod package to .minecraft/mods (if this folder doesn't exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
