For many years, developers have been releasing modified versions of the game for various events, for example, Windows 10 Edition and Education Edition. They are already made in a different engine and programming language, so the old one was called Java Edition.
In order for the players to also get used to this title of the publication, it was introduced to the most visible and visible place in the game - the main menu. Whether this is the right step is not yet known, it will be seen a little later.
Of course, in this version, the bugs that users left on a certain Mojang site were corrected. Therefore, we should download Minecraft 1.12.2 and play it already, just for the sake of stability!
