Sometimes developers can release several versions in one day, the last one may have only a single change. And these two versions are like that, they came out almost on the same day between June 22 and 23.
In version 1.10.2, the only fix was that the game could crash from BlockEntity if it was missing.
But in 1.10.1 there are a few more changes: The world might not load if it was created in a version below 1.5.2; The dragon from the End might simply not appear; Subtitles got the missing mobs; It was impossible to move the cursor in the settings of structural blocks; Fixed chat errors in creative mode due to unicode.
