Anyone who follows the news from the world of Minecraft knows for sure that the release date of the next version 1.11 was predicted long before the officially announced one. The reason for this is the numerous statements by the developers that everything will happen after MineCon. And finally this day has come - the version has been released!

Although Mojang itself says that the version is not so large-scale, we are still waiting for new mobs, structures and items, which fans really love. And this is what encourages them to download Minecraft 1.11 and try everything themselves.

New mobs have appeared - Llamas. Which, depending on the biome, can have different textures. They are tamed like regular horses, only with the help of carpets, not a saddle. You can hang chests on them and, using a leash, make a whole caravan for moving cargo.

New block - Shulker Box. Used as a chest, the main feature is that things do not fall out after the block is destroyed. Has 16 different color variations that can be changed with dyes.

New structure - Forest Mansion. Can be found using a special map purchased from a resident cartographer. Appears only in the dark forest, because of this and has in its composition a lot of dark boards and logs. Plus, inside everything is decorated with wool, glass, cobblestone and other blocks. It is in this structure that such mobs as: Summoner and Champion appear.

New mob - Champion. Lives in the Forest Mansion. Hostile to the player and attacks with an axe if he has one. Drops from him as an axe, of course

New mob - Spellcaster. Also lives in a new structure - Forest Mansion. Summons traps from underground that deal damage to the player. Summons "Worried". Can drop "Totem of Immortality" upon death.

New mob - The Worried One. Can be summoned by the "Summoner". Represents a ghost holding a sword in his hand. Hostile to the player, when he wants to attack, he turns red.

New item - Totem of Immortality. Drops from "Evoker". If you hold it before your character dies, after the last hit you will be revived with a small amount of life, plus with the effects of Regeneration 2 for 40 seconds and Absorption 2 for 5 seconds. After use, it disappears from the inventory.

New block - Observer. Ported from the mobile edition. Helps determine the state of the block and activate the redstone when it changes.
