The player specifies exactly where to teleport, but it will be necessary to install the block first. There will also be wooden shears, a copper nugget, a floating block, a drying table, a resource generator, and some more interesting items. The range of items is quite heterogeneous, so it is unclear why exactly the designer has decided to add them. So, you will have to realize why they have been implemented and how to interact with them.
How to install the modification:
First step: download and install Fabric and Fabric API.
Second step: download the mod file.
Third step: copy the Opolis Utilities mod package to the .minecraft/mods folder (if it does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
