It will be possible to craft them without any problems, create places with teleport and then deftly move between the marked places. So all you have to do is place the blocks in the right places and then actively explore new possibilities for movement. How to install the modification:
First step: Download and install Fabric and Fabric API.
Second step: download the mod file.
Third step: copy the Teleportal mod package to the .minecraft/mods section (if this folder does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
