At the same time, the author tried to add a nice bonus in the form of a timer for the action of one or another effect. How to install the modification:
First step: Download and install Fabric and Fabric API.
Second step: download the mod file.
Third step: copy the Stylish Effects mod package to the .minecraft/mods section (if this folder does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
