Item Pickup Customization turned out to be a modification for 1.16.1, which was created based on another equally popular mod called ItemPhysic for fabric versions and is designed to provide you with two ways to pick up items at the same time, namely: using RMB (this option works on more long distances) and standard.

I would also like to note that the modification has a separate configuration file, where you can also make the changes that you consider necessary in your situation.

How to install the modification:

First step: Download and install Fabric and Fabric API.

Second step: download the mod file.

Third step: copy the Item Pickup Customization mod package to the .minecraft/mods section (if this folder does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
