Customizable Elytra for Minecraft 1.16.3
In order to change the current color of your elytra, there are many tools, one of which is a modification for version 1.16.3 specially designed to accomplish this transformation called Customizable Elytra.
So that you can start using this tool fully, first of all, you need to successfully download it, and then install it, using the attached instructions for installing Customizable Elytra in your world in case of any difficulties.
How to install the modification:
First step: Download and install Fabric and Fabric API.
Second step: download the mod file.
Third step: copy the Customizable Elytra mod package to the .minecraft/mods section (if this folder does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
