If you are so actively using your game workbench in Minecraft modern version 1.16.5 that you already want to change it in some way, then as one of the options we can recommend that you try a modification that has a rather long name Oh how the Crafting has Tabled. ..
The essence of this modification is that it will allow you to change the appearance of the workbench block you are using. The developers have implemented as many as seven different color options for this.
How to install the modification:
First step: Download and install Fabric and Fabric API.
Second step: download the mod file.
Third step: copy the Oh how the Crafting has Tabled... mod package to the .minecraft/mods section (if this folder does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself)
