Of course, you can install a simple and convenient mod that adds a map displayed without any books, but it will be less interesting. To create a new Atlas book, you must combine a completed map, a slime clot or a bottle of honey, and a book. The map will be displayed if the atlas is on the hotbar or in the left hand.
How to install the modification:
First step: download and install Fabric and Fabric API.
Second step: download the mod file.
Third step: copy the Map Atlases mod package to the .minecraft/mods folder (if it does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
