This Minecraft modification is intended for just such a purpose; the developers have prudently added a crafting recipe to create a special book, from which you can easily learn all the recipes currently available to you for products from your inventory.
How to install the modification:
First step: Download and install Fabric and Fabric API.
Second step: download the mod file.
Third step: copy the Cooking for Blockheads mod package to the .minecraft/mods section (if this folder does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
