Initial Step: Download and Install CTOV Floralis Compatability Viewer.
Second step: to install, copy your texture pack file from C:UsersUSER_NAMEAppDataRoamingminecraftresourcepacks to C:UsersUSER_NAMEAppDataRoamingminecraft.resourcepacks in Minecraft.
Thirdly: Under game settings, select your resource pack(s).
