Installation of New Armor Stand:
Step one is to run and import the downloaded addon or texture into Minecraft PE.
Step two is opening Minecraft Pocket Edition and configuring your world settings.
Third step: install imported resource sets and add-ons into the world.
Step four: Select all imported resource packages/add-ons within each section before restarting the mobile client.
