How to install a map:
.1) Download and extract the archive that contains a map file from this link.
2) Unzip the archive file in order to extract a folder.
3) Copy the folder with the Parkour Jump map into.minecraft/saves (if this folder does not yet exist, create it yourself).
Find this map under "Singleplayer" tab of main menu.
