Install Project Walker:
As the first step, run the downloaded file, which imports an addon/texture into MCPE.
Step two: Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to world settings.
Third Step: Import sets of resources and add-ons into the world.
Fourth step: Once imported resource packs/add-on have been selected in each section, rebooting mobile client is needed for them to take effect.
