You will be able to find them by visiting various dungeons, fishing, or trading with villagers. After you have improved your shoes with the dashing enchantment, you need to press ‘R’ to perform a dash. You will be able to assign another key in the controls menu if the default setting is not very convenient for you.
How to install the modification:
First step: download and install Fabric and Fabric API.
Second step: download the mod file.
Third step: copy the Dash mod package to the .minecraft/mods folder (if it does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
