How to install the texture pack:

Start here: download a texture pack by following this link.

Step Two: Extract and copy the Full Bright Night Vision folder from your download archive into gamescom.mojangresource_packs (if this directory does not yet exist, create it yourself ).

Third Step: In-game, navigate to Settings, next to Texture Sets you should see a Control button - press it! On the left list will be your copy texture pack which needs to become first in right list by pressing its copy link on it and moving over a spot or two from where you previously copied.
