How to install the texture pack:

Step one is downloading the texture pack via this link.

Second step: Unpack and copy Explorer folder from downloaded archive into gamescom.mojangresource_packs (if this directory doesn't already exist).

Third step: In game, head into Settings. Next to Texture Sets is a Control button; press it. On the left list there should be an original texture pack copied over, click it so it appears first in right list; click again so its copied texture pack becomes first on right list.
