How to install modifications:

First step: download and install Fabric and its associated API.

Step two: downloading and extracting your mod file.

Third step: Copy the Lit It Up mod package into the.minecraft/mods section if this already exists or create it yourself using Forge. If there's no such folder yet, install Forge again or create one yourself.
