Install SCP Foundation :
The first step is to run the file downloaded, importing it into MCPE.
Open Minecraft Pocket Edition, and then go to the world settings.
Install imported resources for world.
The fourth step is to select the resource packs/addons in each section, and then restart the mobile app.
