At first, you have to craft this belt, place it in the equipment slot, and then take advantage of the available functionality. It remains to wish you good luck and success in your future adventure. Feel free to use this new item to have a good game!
How to install the modification:
First step: download and install Fabric and Fabric API.
Second step: download the mod file.
Third step: copy the Utility Belt mod package to the .minecraft/mods folder (if it does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
