You can eat it or you can also grow it to get more fruits. However, a better solution for using kiwis is to feed them to hedgehogs. Besides, you can tame hedgehogs, and they will serve you. Hedgehogs will protect you from any mobs except the creeper. If the hedgehog has a small amount of health, you can feed it kiwis to replenish the bar. An untamed hedgehog will only attack spiders to eat their eyes.
How to install the modification:
First step: download and install Fabric and Fabric API.
Second step: download the mod file.
Third step: copy the Hedgehogs mod package to the .minecraft/mods folder (if it does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
